3.3 Modification of Source Codes

HPF distribution comes with a default database username root and no password in all its source codes and it is necessary to change them if you use a different username/password pair on your MySQL database.

Here is the list of files that you need to modify:

• hdf5perf/hdf5perflib/libtest/db.h

• hdf5perf/hdf5perflib/examples/db.h

• hdf5perf/hdf5perflib/raw-data/db.h

• hdf5perf/hdf5perflib/freespace/db.h

• hdf5perf/hdf5perfphp/hdf/includes/data.inc.php
